Was at the Scottsdale farmer's market and tried their fish dips. Amazing is all I can say! Love their salmon and tuna dips. Looked them up on yelp and so surprised that we live down the street from their store location.
Hands down the best and freshest fish dips and crab cakes in The Valley! They also offer gluten free crab cakes. Gina is always a pleasure to see at the farmers market. She listens to her customers. Great customer service!

Hands down the best tuna dip I've had, ever!! I used to love the dip at Buck and Rider but this is better. The freshest seafood you'll find in our valley. Do yourself a favor and get some of Captain Jos delicious dips and crab cakes. My fiancé raves about those. Absolutely delicious.
I have been eating Captain Jo's products for almost 2 years now and they never disappoint. My favorite products are the crab cakes with boom boom sauce and their crab dip with some sourdough! But you can't go wrong with any of her dips or entrees. Some of the best seafood items in the valley
There isn't a better crab cake out there, this is absolutely IT!!! The ingredients are obviously superior & the way Gina prepares it is impeccable... we will not eat another crab cake after having had Captain Jo's. She does these candied jalapeños unlike anything you've tasted. Do yourself a favor, do your family a favor, go to your local farmers market this weekend (tomorrow, if you're free on a Friday & in Carefree, AZ ) & buy these crab cakes with some fresh greens & lemon. Love Captain Joe's Smoked Yellowfin Tuna Dip with her Candied Jalapenos! We put them on her pita chips or on crackers and it's incredible. We used to get it from the High Street Farmer's Market but after awhile we didn't see her there anymore, now we get it from her booth at the Scottsdale Farmer's Market. Her stuff goes fast so be sure to go early and grab some. She also gives out samples if you haven't tried it yet or are unsure. She's also got Mahi Mahi, Blue Crab, and Crab Cakes. I believe it's a couple originally from Florida if I remember correctly. That reminds me - I need to go back and grab some!
Captain Jo's is a family owned business from Florida who brought seafood to Arizona. They have gluten free and regular crab cakes which are fresh and delicious. They also sell fish dips like mahi mahi, tuna, salmon and crab. I purchased only the crab cakes at the Uptown Farmer's Market in Phoenix, pan fried them in olive oil for four minutes per side, and the outcome was a huge success. They were really delicious, easy to cook and came with a side sauce that could be drizzled on the crab cakes. I highly recommend this amazing vendor.
